A note on levels

The levels shown above are simply a guide to help you get the most out of your practice. Please understand that anyone is welcome to any practice, if you have a deep practice but want to have a relaxing session, by all means come to a practice which suits your needs. In the same way, if you are a complete beginner, but want to try Wednesday's deeper session, you are absolutely welcome. Always listen to your body and rest or go deep when you feel the need to.


COVID19 & timetable adjustments

Some regions are returning to normality and the Sage and Self community will also return soon to our physical shala. Connecting with people across the map has been truly wonderful and so the virtual gatherings will continue with reduced hours. Keep an eye out here for updates.
